CMHFH serves Stearns, Sherburne, Benton and Wright Counties. If you have lived in one of these four counties for at least one year you may qualify to purchase a home. Click here to learn more about our homeownership program, then be sure to check our upcoming Public Information Meetings. 

Attending one of these meetings is required for new applicants to our homeownership program.
