Realtors Sponsorship Takes Lead in Foreclosure Project! The Saint Cloud Area Association of Realtors is undertaking a major partnership with CMHFH to get a partner family into a home in time to earn the first-time homeowner tax credit. Mem-bers of the Association will be asked to collectively provide $50,000 in time, material and labor to completely renovate the home.

We at CMHFH are incredibly excited by this partnership. We‘re not surprised--who better than our area Realtors understand the value of home ownership and stabilized neighborhoods? What is impressive and inspiring is how deeply committed they are to serving a family in need while many of their own members and families struggle under the weight of tough economic times.

It is our hope that the Saint Cloud Area Association of Realtors sponsorship will inspire others to consider similar sponsor-ships. While we have the funds to acquire foreclosed properties, we still need partners in gaining the resources to renovate and rebuild each property.
