Steve Noble

Steve is the Co-Founder and President of Noble Construction & Development Inc. He has 16 years experience in the housing, commercial building and development industries.

His experiences include a broad range of residential and commercial land development; taking projects from acquisition, design, city approvals, financing to overseeing the projects to completion with emphasis on timeline adherence and budget management. He has completed projects involving environmental issues ranging from wetlands to endangered species. He also has expert knowledge in land planning, environmental regulations, project management and quality control.

In addition, Steve grew up in St. Cloud. He is married and has 4 children- Brittany 8, Brooke 7, Ben 5, Bailey 3 and a dog. He enjoys reading, skiing, boating, camping, movies and spending time with family and friends. Steve is a giving person and enjoys helping others.
