Sue Lentner

Sue Lentner is the COO of Tri-County Abstract and Title Guaranty, Inc. Tri-County Abstract began in 1973 and specializes in all aspects of real estate transactions, including Closing Services, Abstracting, Title Insurance, assist developers with platting, construction disbursing and 1031 Exchanges. They are involved with Commercial and Residential real estate transactions.

Sue has been involved in real estate for 25 plus years. She and her husband Gary have lived in St. Cloud, MN all of their lives. They have two grown children, Louis and Abbey.

Sue is a relatively new board member but she and Tri-County Abstract have been actively involved with CMHFH closings for many years.
