We are looking for a homeowner for the 2020 Veterans Build in Sauk Rapids, MN. This new construction, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is 1,734 square feet and designed with the option for accessible single-level living. After completing 200 hours of sweat equity, taking 15+ hours of homeowner and financial wellness classes, and serving as an active ambassador and partner with Habitat for Humanity, accepted applicants purchase a home with a 20-30 year affordable mortgage with monthly payments no more than 30% of their total household income.

Help us transform lives.

At Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity (CMHFH), we’re building partnerships between low-income individuals and families, those who can donate time and skill, those who can donate money, and local businesses and organizations.  Does this describe you? If so, get in touch!

Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity needs volunteers to shovel snow on properties that Habitat owns (but there is not a homeowner on that property yet). Locations are in the St. Cloud area. Volunteers are asked to "adopt" a property and shovel as needed throughout the winter. The time is flexible to the volunteer's schedule, but the shoveling needs to be done in a timely manner after a snowfall. For more information, please contact Jess Dahl at (320) 248-8256 or jdahl@cmhfh.org.

Equal housing opportunity

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
