We bring people together to build homes, dignity, and a bright future through affordable homeownership. |
We are looking for a homeowner for the 2020 Veterans Build in Sauk Rapids, MN. This new construction, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is 1,734 square feet and designed with the option for accessible single-level living. If you are a veteran (active duty or retired and discharged) or family of the fallen and interested in partnering with Central MN Habitat for Humanity to own a home, please contact us today! After completing 200 hours of sweat equity, taking 15+ hours of homeowner and financial wellness classes, and serving as an active ambassador and partner with Habitat for Humanity, accepted applicants purchase a home with a 20-30 year affordable mortgage with monthly payments no more than 30% of their total household income. |

OUR VISION
Everyone in Central Minnesota has a decent place to live, at a price they can afford. |
OUR MISSION
Seeking to put God’s love into action, we bring people together to build homes, dignity, and a brighter future through affordable homeownership. |
Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity needs volunteers to shovel snow on properties that Habitat owns (but there is not a homeowner on that property yet). Locations are in the St. Cloud area. Volunteers are asked to "adopt" a property and shovel as needed throughout the winter. The time is flexible to the volunteer's schedule, but the shoveling needs to be done in a timely manner after a snowfall. For more information, please contact Jess Dahl at (320) 248-8256 or jdahl@cmhfh.org.
