Patrick Shepard has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Mathematics as well as a master’s degree in Counseling and Student Personnel. He is a Program Manager at Avivo (formerly Resource, Inc.) where he oversees MFIP programming. Over the course of his fourteen years in non-profit management, Patrick has worked collaboratively with CMHFH on many occasions, and has served in several leadership capacities on our Board over the years. Patrick believes that CMHFH is a fantastic way for low-income people to stabilize their housing. When housing is stabilized for a family, it makes it easier for them to focus on other areas of their life including parenting, employment, and community involvement.
