Westwood Neighborhood Development

Several acres in the Westwood Neighborhood in St. Cloud, MN will become 14 affordable homes for future Habitat Homeowners and their families. We are looking for sponsors and partners to invest in this $4M project over the next four years, beginning with $300,000 for infrastructure. This investment will impact the lives of potentially 75-100 people in Central Minnesota.

Equal housing opportunity

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
